At least it feels that way sometimes. But one day they will all be grown and gone. And I will miss doing all this laundry…
Nah.

On the menu: Beef Stroganoff meatball style over egg noodles, steamed green beans, and Ice Cream cake, Iced Tea and Milk.
(Note the slightly blue teeth from the icing on the cake)

KC wants to have blue teeth too.

We love you Jonathan!
Now you are a ”big boy” like your brothers.
I miss you.

I think about you every day.

And how you’ve always been taller than me even without heels, AND even though I am older.

And the fun things we could be doing together. Like cooking. Even though you are a vegetarian and I, well, I am not.

And how we’ve always been there for each other. No matter what.

I know you are always there for me.

And I am always here for you.

Are you coming for a visit in July?
Hugs and Kisses,
Karen
Someone left the oatmeal out.
Someone else saw an opportunity

But it sure beats cleaning up vomit.
You know how in boxing in between rounds they have those guys that squirt the water (or Gatoraide) in the competitor’s mouth. And they have the other guy who gives the boxer a quick massage with a motivational speech. I need a couple of those. Only that squirt bottle needs to have espresso in it.
Last night, at Benjamin’s slumber party, Kyle started throwing up. And four-year olds just throw up right where they are….without warning. I hustled him off to my bedroom and got him set up with the puke bucket and a Netflix video while Steve ran out for some Ginger Ale. The birthday party guests played some Wii games and then everyone settled down for bed.
But all through the wee hours, me, the toilet, the puke bucket and Clorox had another bonding experience.
And poor Kyle watched every Thomas the Tank Engine video on Netflix at least 3 times.

This scene is getting a little too familiar.
